Let the South Fish Creek Recreation Association provide you with a facility for your next birthday party of special event.

We have just the right package to suit all your needs; whether it is a Birthday party, Team party or Company get together. Our Community & Trail Blazer Rooms comfortably fit up to fifty (50) people and have the capacity for chairs and tables to be set up. Our Board room holds up to twenty (20) people comfortably and would be perfect for those smaller gatherings. If you opt for a gym party and have a group of 15 or less, our kitchen is located right next to the gymnasium and is ideal for the youngsters for cake and presents!

Party Packages

Public Skating Party: Do the kids have energy to burn after eating their birthday cake? Why don't you bring them to one of our regular public skates? (Please check Ice Schedule for Public Skate Times). Birthday child and every 6th child gets in free!

Fee: Regular admission prices apply. Please let us know you are coming!

Private Skating Party: Enjoy exclusive access to one of our rinks - just for your party! Bring your sticks and play hockey or ringette...or simply enjoy a pleasure skate. The choice is yours! Access to the scoreboard system is also available.

Fee: Regular Rental Rates

Sports Party: The gymnasium is all yours! We have *equipment for basketball, dodge ball, indoor soccer, or floor hockey. Set up and take is your responsibility, but our staff are on hand should you need any assistance.

Fee: $62.50/hour + 5% Expansion levy

Bookings & Refund Policy

•  As space in our facility is limited, we recommend booking early to ensure availability for your preferred date and times.
• To confirm your party or event registration all fees must be paid (1) week prior to your arrival date. Tentative contacts within one (1) week of the event may be subject to cancellation with notice.
• Cancellations must be made one week prior to your party or event date for a full refund and will be subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
• Bookings and/or Payments can be made in person at the SFCRA Administration office during regular working hours or by phone. (We accept cash, cheque, debit, MC, or Visa in person or Mastercard and Visa via phone)
